How do I use multiple parameters in a query

I am in trouble. How can I use a parameter query with parameters belonging to different fields? i.e how to combine different parameters?

I don't understand the question, do you mean you have to specify multiple parameters in a query on different fields? If so just enter the parameters needed in the criteria of each field and access will ask for each parameter when the query is run.
