I am new to Access and learning on my own. I need help on how to use event coding for Access 2000.

My question is: If I have an active check box and a terminated check box, How can I make it so I may check one box only and not be able to check both (has to be one or the other in a form)?

Please help! Thanks:)

Use an option group instead of check boxes. In an option group each option is mutually exclusive. You can format the options to be check boxes if you want to; they'll still be mutually exclusive.

Bonus to this method: no coding necessary :) "The Key, The Whole Key, and Nothing But The Key, So Help Me Codd!"
