Hello All

My report includes a field that is a due date field which is associated with a action step number. I added the due date field to my report, and use the Select Expert tool to select a specific action step number (there are many to choose from). When I set up my report in this way, I am able to display the due dates for action step #12 for many projects.

I now want to be able to display a column for the due dates for action step #14 in addition to the column of due dates for action step #12.

However, when I add another due date field, it picks up the value of action step #12. Is there a way to put a field on a report twice, but make each instance of the field unique, because each of them are displaying a different action step due date?

Not sure I followed the detail but it sounds like what you are after is the process of adding the same table a second time to the same report. This is called table "aliasing" nd Crystal lets you do that. It will only insist on calling the 2nd instance of the table a different name (alias).

The alias did the trick, thanks so much for the help.
