How do I upgrade to Photoshop 7?

I have Photoshop 5 installed in my machine. Could I upgrade to Photoshop 7 by purchasing the upgrade for $150 or would I have to buy Photoshop 7 for $399?

Just wondering.

No, you can just be the upgrade, providing your OS can handle it. I recently upgraded from Photoshop Version 4 to 7, but I had to upgrade from Windows 98 to Windows 2000.
