How do I upgrade IP Office 500 release 4.2 to release 5

How do I upgrade my IP500 to release 5 from 4.2?
Do I install the IP Office Admin suite 5 and then run upgrade wizard from admin 5 manager?
Do I need to uninstall Admin 4.2 first or will it just overwrite files automatically? (For some reason, I think I read that somewhere)
Or, am I way off?
Any comments would be appreciated.

Install manager 5.0, it is a upgrade and then run the upgrade wizard.

It SHOULD prompt you to upgrade when you start the install of R5. If it does not I would go ahead and uninstall the 4.2 first.

No, when you run the 5.0 disc/programme it will upgrade the existing installation, you then need to upgrade the system using the upgrade wizard as intigrant said :)
