How do I update PBX with DNA data?

We have created a web page that reads information from the DNA server so that people can watch the status for the different phone numbers ie "at lunsh, back at 10".
The reading of information works well but I am facing problemes when it comes to writing, since the change of information on the DNA server is not updated in the PBX before I do a manual transfeer/update commando inside the ?? local program on the DNA server.
Is there a commando I can send to the DNA server to update the PBX with out using the local program? (ie commando line, scheduleing etc).
I dont want to buy any additional software....
