How do I update an Excel column?

I need to update an excel file with information supplied by an asp page. How can I do this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1.open excel worksheet
2.first decide how many fiels u want to store
3.select the first line for that much cells
means if 5 fields are there 5 cells must be selected
4.go to insert name define create a name for a cells which u have selected
5.now suppose u given the name as "DATA" this u can use a table name
6.Now your insert statment will be "Insert Into Data"
