how do i unrestrict a station on nec ds 2000

customer has a ds 2000 and needs 4 phones unrestricted, I cant find an answer on how to do this.

when you say unrestrict, you mean to be able to make outgoing trunk calls? You will need to raise the service trunk restriction of the phone. Do you use matworx? If it is programmed correctly and this is what you are trying to do, its very easy indeed.

I do not have the software. I have to program this from a phone and cant find how to accomplish this.
