How do I undo AllowFullmenus = False?

I went into the start-up and customize parts of my database, and set AllowFullMenus = False... here's the problem, I dont know how to turn them back ON, and hence, cant change/edit anything anymore... Does anyone know how to turn them back on? a Hot-Key Command perhaps? Please, I really dont wanna redo all the localized front-ends on the network... Thanks...

you should be able to simply press and hold shift while you open the DB, then you can get back up to the 'Start up' properties.
