Several of our employees cannot dial home because their home numbers are programmed to not accept blocked calls. I tried changing the Class of Service on each DN from CLBA to CLBD, but this did not correct the problem.

P.S. "The person you are calling does not take unidentified calls. Your caller ID was not received. To enter an access code, press 1, or to record your name so that we may announce your call, press 2." That is the recording that we are getting.

i think this done at the supplier level
call your did supplier and ask them to attache you company name to to your did

Your call is going out a T1 trunk group that does not have a calling party number or ANI assigend to it. You can ask your provider if they can put a 'psuedo ani' on the trunk group (probably your main number), or tell the users to do what the recording says: press 2 to record a name so that the call will ring through.

Have you tried defining CPPO in the FFC data block in LD 57? Then users can dial *82+9+<number> and it will override privacy.
