We have Cisco Call Manager Business Edition software version 6.1.3.1000-16 the phones are 7965's. Our HELP line is 6600, it has it's own phone 6600, and it is also the 2nd line on 8 phones. when trying to change one phone number of the 8 i dis-associated the help line from the 8 phones in error. i did add them back, but now the 2nd line rings (with a loud annoying ringtone) on all 8 phones instead just the main 6600 phone. There is a Call Pickup Group called IT HELP Line. i made no changes to anything other than disassociating and then adding them back onto the help line. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.
