how do i turn on DTMF

I recently moved a MICS and since we have down sized i defaulted the system, now the system is set to pulse dialing and i need it to send tones but have no idea how to change this. any help would be appreciated

I would reinitialize the system again by doing the startup option. This should fix it. Make sure you choose PBX mode. If that doesn't work then I would call in your vendor.

All the older systems default to pulse, you need to go into programing under lines, dial mode and change it there.
