How do I turn off Proxy Server in SBS 4.5?

I need to transition users to a Windows 2003 Server, but maintain internet access (now being controlled by Proxy Server) while data and users are transitioned to the new domain. How do I turn off Proxy Server in SBS 4.5?

To disable Proxy, open up services and disable Microsoft Proxy and Winsock Proxy
