How do I trap Windows right click menus?

I am using <IFRAME> to link an intranet page to a folder full of executables. Problem is it displays in one long line. I need to automate right clicking, Arrange Icons, Auto Arrange. I think I need to use oncontextmenu but I don't know the syntax. Can anyone help?
