Yep, I want to preferably see realtime internet usage of users in a Netware environment.

The purpose is to track internet bandwidth use.

Is there any tool available for this? I have Bordermanager Enterprise Ed. and Managewise 2.7 - would they allow me to do this?

Thanks!

Bordermanager can let you see what is accessed by user. It will show you live stats for the proxy cache.

Enable at least one access rule. This can be to allow everyone to do everything. Make sure to enable rule logging on the rule itself.

You can then go into the bm reports and check useage etc etc. Lee Smith

I guess I was thinking more of traffic that isn't going through the proxy. (i have tons of rules and logging set up for that already).

I have filters setup to only allow certain traffic through - but as our internet use has grown, I've had to setup more and more exclusions for certain specific applications. Since we generally use Dynamic IPs addressed through DHCP, I can only limit the exclusion to specific segments.

I'm afraid that certain other people on the same segment are taking advantage of the exclusions I have setup. I'm trying to track them down.

Thanks.
