What ways can I tell if this NAM is setup as an ACD, and can I change it back to a voicemail without loosing all the port upgrades(don't have the codes anymore). Here what I do know. The only codes that work are **xftest and f916. I can look at the channel status and see that 8 channels are active. It has a white dongle on the printer port. It has normal happy sounds after boot up. I have not yet put a monitor package on it to see if it is a cinphony or whatever. I think it is an old NAm that we setup but never used (Ive been away from the field for several yrs.)and I believe that it may have been an setup for ACD or PC Console. May have been an old beta test box from Nortel.
