How can I tell if my IDE cable is UDMA or 100 Mhz or 33 Mhz or whatever kinds there are?

UDMA/66 and UDMA/100 IDE devices require a 40-pin 80-connector cable. This type of cable has one end in blue color (the one that connects to the motherboard), instead of the same color (pink red) as in the DMA/33 cable.
