How do I synchronize public folders in Outlook with private folders ?

Hello.

Can anyone help me out on this - I will be very happy..

The situation is this:
I use Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002.
I connect to an Exchange 2000 server.

I want to synchronize everything in the public folders on our hosted exchange server (hosted by our ISP) with the private folders on my PC - in order to have some sort of backup. That goes for everything: Email, calendar, notes etc...

How can this be done???

Any kind of help will be very much appreciated.
