How do I synchronize my Access 2000 DB with the one online?

Good day.

I recently uploaded a MS Access 2000 Database to our webserver which has since collected a large number of records from visitors.

I have made changes to the database and added tables to it. How do I upload the changes of the database to the online version without having to download it and risk losing visitor information.
