How do I sync two different time dimensions in my calculated measure?

I have two different time dimensions; an "As-of" date, and a "Fund Date". In a specific calculated measure I need to compute a ratio for all products within a specific Fund Date range, but this range moves depending on the users selection of the "As-Of" date. Because the "As-of" dimension provides the user a snapshot in time, they will never use a range for this dimension, only a specific date. I always use the "As of" dimension in the page axis or slicer.

How do I keep the Fund Date range (12 month sliding window) in sync with the users selection of the As-of date? Specifically, when the user chooses June, 2001 for the As Of date, the Fund Date window would select the range January 2000 - December 2000 (12 month window ending 6 months lagged from the "As-of" date).

Any help is appreciated!
