How do I sync my new nongroupwise exchange domain to a external gw ?

I have a gw 6.5 system with a external gw that has always synced the address book to each other.

Now I have a non-groupwise exchange domain connecting thru gw connector to exchange.

The main system address book is ok for me but it is not syncing to the external groupwise.

Is this possible ?

let me get this right

happy groupwise system 1 (the one you are in)
happy groupwise system 2
evil empire 1

the groupwise systems have native links as external systems and hence see each other

groupwise system 1 has connector to exchange and hence you see all the addresses

groupwise system 2 doesnt see the exchange users, as it is an external domain to system 1?

you can see what is comin now - yet another connector between system 2 and exchange
