Hello,

Can someone tell me how to switch views between tabs in Excel? I use the Alt+Tab keys to switch between open applications, and I desperately need a shortcut method to switch between tabs in an Excel spreadsheet.

Thanks for assisting.

It is not clear what you mean by TABS.

To switch between workbooks within a single session of Excel, use
[ignore][CTRL] + [TAB][/ignore].

To switch between worksheets within a single workbook, use
[ignore][CTRL] + [Page Up][/ignore]
or
[ignore][CTRL] + [Page Down][/ignore]

oops, of course cntrl instead of alt. Alt-PageUp/Down's for PageRight/Left

John,

It was the switch between worksheets within a single workbook that I was looking for.

Thank you so much for your response.

:)

Glad to help. I do love my keyboard shortcuts....

[cheers]
