How do I suppress specific Graphics/Lines? 1

Is there a way to have a line or graphic image conditionally suppressed?

sometimes instead of using graphic lines...use an empty text box...then you can control one or more borders to do the same job as the lines with the added benefit of conditionally suppressing them.
