I have a customer in Real Estate. Some of the agents are putting there phones on DND and the calls are going immediately to the receptionist rather than voice mail. The owner would like all calls regardless of origination to go to voice mail. How do I make this happen. Tried to set Prime as vm, it answered but not personal mailbox. DRT set to no did not work. All phones have CFNA to vm. Any ideas? Probably overlooking the obvious during my senior hour(multiple moments). Thanks for the help.
