How do I stop the 'Still Queued' recordings

Can anyone help me stop the 'Still Queued' message from playing. What we want to happen is for the 'Queued' message to play immediatley when all agents are busy and then for music-on-hold to play continuously after that with no further recordings. If we set the paramter for the 'Queued' message to play immediatley, it plays the 'Still Queued' message within 5 seconds over and over.

There is no way to stop it, you are best of using the MC_01.wav 1/4 second slience file in a .stillqueued start point in Vm Pro.

Is there anyway for which you are aware to set the initial 'Queued' greeting to answer immediatley but set the 'Still Queued' message to play only every two minutes or so?? It seems that they both use the same timer.

The Queue Ring timer must expire before the .queued is played try playing with this timer.

why not just send the call to a VM anouncement & then transfer the call to a group with the que time set extramly high

you caller witll then get your "please hold msg" before queing againts your agents
