How do I stop IIS from recreating the IWAM account??

we have a requirement to change the name of the IWAM_ServerName account to something else. I have done this but every time I restart IIS it recreates the IWAM_ServerName. I have disabled the account and get the event viewer message as below.

Event Source: IISADMIN
Event Category: None
Event ID: 102

Computer: ServerName
Description:
IISADMIN service found that account IWAM_ServerName¸ö] is disabled. Some IIS functions can fail for this reason.

It isn't as far as I can see a presenting a problem with the operation of the website, but at the same time I would like to be able to stop IIS recreating it. Can anyone help?
