I'm running CorelDraw10 on Windows XP Professional, and its changed my settings so that all the .tex files used by other programs are now attributed as "COREL Texture" files. How do i change them back?

In Win 98 you could change the icon and program that a file opened with, via the menus in windows explorer, under View>Folder Options>File types. Where is this feature in XP?

Ok, let me get this straight: you've just installed Corel Draw and its changed your file associations, so that .tex files are now associated with Corel Draw not with what they were before. This is easily solved:

To change the program a file is associate in Windows XP Proffesional you go to :

Control Pannel -> Folder Options -> File Types

then "Change" or "New" buttons, and change what program the file is associated with, or if its not on the list already, add it using the "New" button, and set it to be associated with the program you want. Good luck :)
