We have a number of factory-based computers each used by a number of people and these should have a common theme since visitors are often around and we want a logo style desktop (fixed by us).
They have been prevented from getting to the display control panel (via a registry tweak) but there is still the option to 'set as wallpaper' when you right-click a picture.
Any suggestions on how to disable this function as well?
They do need access to Windows explorer.
