We have an F9600 and we are using the Basic ACD capabilities only (i.e. we do not have and ACD AP attached). Is there a way using an MML/EMML command to display the number of calls waiting for agents? I know about the CWI indicator on the phone sets and I can make the number of calls waiting display on the phone set's LCD window, but I need a way when logged into the PBX by modem to dispaly the number of calls waiting.
