HOW DO I SETUP MY VPN ?

I have a small law office of about 3 computers and they are all running win 2000 pro/internet service is via DSL.They are all networked via a router VPN enabled/workgroup.
I want to be able to connect to my network from home.Please help me ...I need to know how to setup my VPN.
