How do I setup IIS 5.0 with .Net 1.1 and 2.0

Here's the deal.
I want to find out if I can set my servers up to run NET1.1 and NET2.0. Currently they are setup to run NET1.1.
They are running WIN2Ksp4 and IIS 5.0.
I know the 2 NET versions have to run in their own application pool, but I cannot find anything on how to set that up with IIS5.0.
Is it even possible, or does it have to be NET1.1 or NET2.0 across the board?
We have NET1.1 web apps already out there and would like to start putting the new stuff in NET2.0 if possible w/o a lot of agony.

Thanks for any help, even if it is 'Can't Be Done'
