I know that I need a plug-in to cut with my graphtec fs5100-100 cutter, but where can I locate drivers/plug-ins for Coreldraw 12 so I dont have to purchase sign software?

Try the Graphtec website for a windows driver. You can't beat a proper utility programme like COCUT or similar for added cutting functions, although has some useful scripts etc. for things like step and repeat.
