How do I setup and announcement to play only once a number is dialed 1

How do I setup an announcement to play once a number is dialed.
This is what I have tried - I setup and ACDN via LD 23 and setup my NCFW to my meridian mail and setup a mailbox to play the announcement - but how do I not play the meridian mail blurb and just play the announcement instead without hearing the meridian mail msg...or allowing the caller to leave a msg.

Build VSDN # and point that to announcement ID #.

To build VSDN in your meridian mail go to voice administration then voice services administration then voice services DN table ones you are in there build the VSDN point to already build announcement and you are done.

If you want to allow callers to leave messages you have to build menu service in meridian mail its called MS.
