How Do i setup a VPN

Hello,

I'm new to this and i have been trying to setup a VPN from My house to my server at my house how do i go about doing that. My server is running 2000 advanced server and my house is running xp. I fairly new to the VPN's so if you can tell me such details that i can understand.
