How do i setup a search tool on each field on a form

I need a search tool so users can search any field on a form for whatever they have typed.
The Result
x amount of records shown that match
Or
Is there a way the Find/Replace tool can be applied to a field on a form

Have you had a look at the Filter by form function which is built into access?
