What are the setting for accessing an exchange server from my house. The exchange server is at work. I am usig outlook at home.

Use Outlook Web Access if your company allows it. Then all you have to do is bang the IP address or the FQDN into your web browser http://[fqdn/ip] - Your administrators should be able to supply you with that information.

I have done some research on outlook webacess, it seems it is loaded by default so I should have it. I can't seem to connect to it. How do I find out what port it is so I can open it on my firewqll, how I open it?

Port 80 or 443 generally

What firewall do you have ?

Net gear FVS318v3
Cable/DSL ProSafe™ VPN Firewall with 8-Port Switch

Test OWA inside the office. If it doesn't work, look at the Exchange server. If it does, open 80 and 443 on the firewall pointing at the Exchange server.

58Sniper,
Will port 443 work "out of the box" or does it require a SSL Certificate?

Thanks.
