Backup Exec 9.0 for Netware. Upgraded from V8x. Everything works if I do a manual backup or restore.
I want to set up a full scheduled daily backup to backup after hours every night at 11:00 p.m. I want this to go Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri. In the old version I could select once weekly, then had the option of which days to select with all 7 days listed as selectable. In this version, if I select once weekly, there are no "days" to select. I hope I don't have to set up a job for every day. I have even tried to set up a media rotation job, but was fine only as long as I had new media. As soon as I put in a tape to be overwritten, I got a message about the allocated media couldn't be overwritten. I further found out something about it setting up it's own daily, weekly and monthly sets. How would I manage that?
