How do I set up a "departmental" holiday announcement?

I have a customer with multiple call centers within the organization. They just want to set up a holiday announcement for certain departments ( or call centers ) and not the entire organization. They "thought" they were set up with the ability to do this, but when they go in to CallPilot administrator and turn on the holiday greeting, it comes on for every call center. How can I ensure that they have the ability to turn on the holiday greeting for certain call centers?
 
I am having a similar problem with holiday announcements as well. What I did for departments that didn't want to have a special holiday greeting, is that I simply deleted the holiday announcement object from the application in app builder;that way when the system sees it's a holiday and it looks at the app for the greeting, it won't play anything and will continue to be treated like it wasn't a holiday. Just make sure you don't leave the announcement in there and not record a message because it will simply hang up.

If you have Symposium for these call centers, why not use that and route based on treatment
