How do I set up a guest mailbox in a option11/call pilot system? My installer say's I have to have a phone to setup a mailbox but I don't think this is true.

ncfw the dn you forward to phones to to go to mail..

the mail box is the same but take off the lamp feature

YOU CAN ALSO SET UP A PHANTOM NUMBER SO PEOPLE CAN CALL THAT NUMBER WHICH CAN BE SET UP TO GO INTO AN ANNOUCMENT, AND YOUR ADMIN. CAN CHANGE THE RECORDING ACCORDING TO THE DAY.
