We have several people in our company working on the same project. We all have our own mail folders for the project. At present we forward all received mail on the specific project to a project specific global mail folder and bcc: all sent mail to it. Obviously this is not very efficient. Is there a solution.

Look into using a discussion database, I believe there is an example in Notes, if not I can get you more information on where to find one.
