How do I set up a front page for my data base. I want staff to access

Can anyone help me set up a front end page. I have set up the database for 10 staff. I want them to access only their part of the database. I want them to be able to ammend records from their form only.

I would like the form to open with their names appearing as buttons. When they press their name I want it to open their form.

The place I would start is with ASP. ASP stands for Active Server Pages and uses vbscript to do things like you're describing.
