I want to allow others to view my calendar. When others try to view my calendar, they get a message: "you are not authorized to perform that operation". Is there some setting in Lotus, or is it a server setting?

Go to the Inbox of your mail database, select 'Tools' --> 'Preferences' --> 'Delegation' --> 'Calendar delegation'. There you can specify who may access your calendar.

Thanks, I knew it was going to be that easy!

Ok, its working for some people and not for others even when anyone is allowed to view the calendar. Is there something that has to happen (some sort of reset)on the server or anything, or should the setting occur immediately?

prigro,

Did they click on it twice? I'm not sure why ours does this, but sometimes you'll click on it and it will say you don't have access to do that, but if you try again, it will let you in. It's random how it works. This is my experience. I know there is a reason why it's doing that, but I don't know....
