How do I set Arlo camera Offline with a computer?

I am recently trying to connect my camera with my laptop, but facing some error with my new Arlo camera and that is while I connect the camera to the computer, the USB port is not working at all and I can't connect the devices. I have searched a lot on Arlo Camera Offline but failed to get any concrete solution. Can anyone suggest me an idea about this?
