how do I serialize the Replication process

I am trying to take a database that is on my machine and have a button on a form that starts the replication process (which I dont know how to do yet).

Then I want the replication process to pick up the remote database (the replica) from off the machine on the other end of the serial cable and after that the replication will happen and then put the database (replica) back onto the remote machine via serial

Or have the replication happen with an open connection over the serial cable. which ever is easier

What's a serial port???? Just kidding

I believe for the serial support you will need to use Windows briefcase (not sure on this).
