How do I send HTML in email?

I have a page that:
a) Defines email addresses to send info to
b) details a report in HTML that I want to embed in the email.

The end result I need is to open my email client with the addresses completed and the html embedded.

The bad news is I don't want to use CDO in any way.

I find it hard to beleive that I can do file>send to> and get the html embedded but I can't automate/embed that step in an asp/html page?

Yes, you can but u answered ur own question with:

why not if I may ask?
U can go 'old scool' and use something like "autoit" to automate your process of using IE...but why bother?
Is there a reason to why not use web server component to get this done?
