how do I send callers to the company directory in call pilot 100 ?

first time working with the call pilot 100

what I want to do is say somthing like if you know your partys extension number you may dial it at any time

for a comapny directry dial ?????


I've been thru the cd 3 times tonight and I cant see any refrence as to how I send outside caller's to the company directory

other than that , this has been a really sweet VM to set up

For the company directory press the # Key. Mailboxes must be Y. Presume you made the directory available during set up?
