I have parameter queries feeding reports in my Access database.

Normally a user will select a report to be run by a vendor.

So they enter the vendor in the parameter box and the query runs and the report is displayed.

i have a manager who would like to run that query for ALL vendors. i was hoping not entering something would run it for all but it doesn't work.

How can I do this without having to create a seperate query/report.

Thanks!
Kathy

I developed this DB in Access 2002 and now have 2003 on my desktop

Add [tt]Or [vendor parameter text] Is Null[/tt] in the criteria cell for vendor.

Hope This Helps, PH.
