How do I see a second shared calendar?

Hi,

One of my users created a shared calendar for her school schedule and shared it. Or so we thought. I had her go to her Calendar tab, right-click on the school calendar name, select who she wants to be able to view it and set them as reviewers. When someone tries to view her school calendar her personal calendar is what's being shared. How do we share her school calendar???

The shared calendar is that in a shared mailbox rather than the user's own mailbox? If so if she is the owner of the mailbox she would need to right click and do properties on the mailbox and permissions that way. If you click on the calendar option in outlook then share my calendar it will share your own personal calendar which sounds like this is the case.

Soooo... are you saying that she can share her second calendar from her mailbox and not from the second calendar itself? I checked the properties of the mailbox (from within Outlook 2003--I didn't originally state the version) and I don't see an option to do that from there.

Hi Joe,

Can you clarify, the following:-

1. Is this an exchange mailbox

2. The user has her own personal mailbox, which has her own personal calendar

3. The other calendar where has this come from, is it a shared exchange mailbox that has been added into Outlook as an additional mailbox. Ie. Are there two sets of mailboxes on the left hand side and when you click on the plus they expand out ?

Hey PCmad,

1) She is using Outlook 2003 and connecting to an Exchange 2007 mailbox

2) She is using her own personal mailbox

3) She created the second calendar from within Outlook under her Calendar tab/button. There is only one mailbox on the left-hand side of Outlook.
