How do I search for all usages of a global function within database?

I have a database with a number of global functions. I need to change one of them but want to make sure that I can test it in all the places using it. How do I search the entire database (other functions, forms...) for all usages of "UpdateHistoryDetail()".

I suggest you google MZTools a free package for vba. It has numerous features - all useful.
One feature is Procedure Callers which shows usages of a particular procedure (function).
Its free.

Or you can use the Access Find utility, selecting "Current Project" as the Search parameter.
