I'm trying to set up a simple Form which captures customer name and address - and date of entry. On the Form, I've created a new field called Entry Date which is =Now(). As I go through the Form I see the correct date, but it is not saving the date back into the database with the customer name and address.

Any ideas?

I'm also trying to calculate a number which is zip code*10000, and it is working in the Form, but not saving back into the Table.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Well you can set up an event which can save the date from the form to the table.

Example you have a text box that has the entry date. You can set it up so that not only will the date be their but it writes to the table. Keep in mind I don't know the syntax I don't have my books here but the idea is the same

DBname.tablename.field = entrydate
